India warns Obama

Jumping in Pools has a post about a very important and not much discussed article highlighting certain quotes from India. The essential premise that India has observed that the Obama administration is dusting off certain pre -2000 policies. Hmmm , ya think? In other words India is noticing Clintonian approaches? You mean from the Obama administration, the administration of hope and change that almost has as many Clintonistas as Clinton himself had? How very astute of you India. But seriously, check out the story, if President Zero wants to piss off one of the most promising and reliable allies in that region than he is dumber than I thought.

Judd Gregg tapped, replaced by moderate Bonnie Newman. New Hampshire blue in the face?

In the midst of all the tax dodging and CIA prison shutdowns the Obama administration in the spirit of bi-partisanship tapped NH Senator Judd Gregg to fill the spot that Bill Richardson had to abandon. Judd Gregg worked some special deal where the NH Democrat Governor would be obligated to select a Republican to fill Gregg's vacancy. Not much is known about Bonnie Newman, but so far it appears that she is a moderate. While it is not a surprise that the GOP has in large part abandoned core conservative ideals, the debate over whether this country of ours is still a center-right nation continues. Even if the difference between Gregg and Newman are marginal, one is a rank and file the other a moderate, the bigger question is what happens next.

I actually have no problem with Nancy's withdrawal , I think she did the honorable thing, perhaps Tom Daschle can learn a thing or two. What I do have a problem with is the fact that the entire political layer is rotten to the core. If it were not for these cabinet picks we would never know about the individual tax problems and nor would they even be addressed. Even though these nominations have the benefit of adding late tax dollars into the US coffers, the question still remains. How many politicians do NOT pay their taxes? How can these people legislate tax laws, expect citizens to pay and fail to do what they preach? I am sure to most old timers this is a tiring question. As if the term corrupt politician is a redundancy of the highest magnitude. Yet this complacency and refusal to hold people accountable perpetuates this problem. I am sure t
