On one side we have the very-left who believe with every fibre of their Marxist being that a public option will introduce competition and the left who believe that taxing premium health insurers will provide a steady flow of income. Republicans who have been ignored and marginalized by the Democrats will not have their opinions heard anyway as their suggestions involve personal independence and real competition - and who the hell wants that?
