Virginia judge strikes down ObamaCare mandate.

Breaking news today, but Federal judge Henry Hudson ruled that the individual mandate portion of the 'ObamaCare' law is illogical and is not supported by precedent. Of course just a few months back another Federal judge saw no problem with this particular provision, so it appears that the individual mandate concept is going to the Supreme Court.   This is not to say that all of 'ObamaCare' is thrown into the dust bin where it belongs, but it means that the primary funding source is compromised. "An individual's personal decision to purchase -- or decline purchase -- (of) health insurance from a private provider is beyond the historical reach" of the U.S. Constitution," Hudson wrote. "No specifically constitutional authority exists to mandate the purchase of health insurance."
