DC to have House representation, despite Constitution.
Bill coming out of DC have now assumed an eerie pattern, the are largely partisan, passed with the help of liberal Republicans and either screw the American people ( SCHIP , Stimulus Bill) or simply poo-poo all over the US Constitution.
