MSNBC advocating a violent Revolution?

Watch this video, between Dylan Rattigan and Ted Rall.

Their premise of course is that things have gotten so bad in this country that it may lead to a bloody revolution.   Now, I agree, things have gotten really bad, but listen to this short conversation and observe what the American Left is complaining about.  This is why the Left is so dangerous, misplaced anger and painful amount of ignorance.

Ted Rall is especially repugnant as his chief complaints against Obama and the Democrats is the lack of job creation.  Earth to lefties, governments are not supposed to create jobs.  Saving capital and investing into enterprises while taking risks creates jobs.  You can thank Bernanke for preventing that too as he systematically destroys and plunders savers.  You can in turn thank Obama for endorsing Bernanke on his latest efforts to literally demolish our currency, good lord, even Sarah Palin knows better.

It gets worse.  He criticizes the Republicans for wanting to cut Federal employees, because, get this, it will create more unemployment!!!  These are the kinds of people that go on national television?  Really?  Earth to lefties again, government service jobs create nothing and produce nothing.  They only exist to maintain a bureaucracy.  Creating a job for the sake of creating a job is the stuff of totalitarian dictators.   Thousands of people sitting in various federal departments pushing paper do not help the economy!  Hiring people to build roads and bridges that do not need to be built or repaired just wastes resources, it does not create jobs.  If you just want throw money around then give people checks at taxpayer's expense.  Oh what's that?  You already do that?  Ok.

Topping this puke fest with a cherry on top, Ted nonchalantly declares that we need another FDR and Dylan Ratigan agrees.  Now I know that FDR is loved by many due to the way he has been portrayed in public schools, but come on people, wake the hell up already.  Even if you don't know by now that his policies extended the Great Depression, then can you at least admit that we are still paying for FDR's programs?

- Social Security is the giant 800 lb gorilla that no one wants to talk about, FDR's legacy.

- Housing and affordability for every American was an FDR tradition through the FHA, which gave birth to Fannie and Freddie.

- FDR stole private property from people by confiscating gold and devalued the dollar, a tradition that continues to this day.

- Finally instead of breaking up the central bank (Federal Reserve) that caused the boom-bust, he allowed Congress to pass the Glass-Steagall act.  Yes it split up the banks and yes it postponed the inevitable, but it never ever addressed the core issue and was passed for no good reason at all!  You CANNOT centrally plan money, or you will suffer, precisely what is happening THIS day.  Nor can you attempt to legislate around a flawed concept like a wise old man creating and destroying money with the click of a button.

List goes on and on.

These are the people calling for a revolution.  Scary times indeed.
